(Necessary to bring your passport, otherwise will not be able to cross).
The final destination in Nicosia would be the modern part of city which includes visits to the monument of Freedom, Famagusta gate and the Archbishopric, all within the Venetian walls where the old city is situated.
In Larnaca of Cyprus, we will visit Agios Lazaros which is built over reputed tomb of Lazarus in 9th century and one of the most important surviving Byzantine monuments in Cyprus. After that, we will drive through beautiful natural site of Salt Lake. It is a complex network of 4 lakes of different sizes. It has picturesque beauty and is a haunt of 85 water bird species with majority of flamingos during winter months. We will have a pleasant walk in sandy beach of Palm Trees promenade. Our tour of Larnaca city in Cyrpus will end with medieval fort. It was founded during Byzantine era and built by Luzignian King Jame to protect harbor of the town.
