    • Terms and Conditions 

These Booking Conditions, together with any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

      • He/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and agrees to be bound by them;
      • He/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase our services.



Private vehicle, petrol, guide & driver (one person together), pick up and return, child seat (if needed).


      • Entrance charges or fees, meals (food and beverage) and extended hours of tours.
      • All extra services and their charges should be agreed from you before the time of tour.


    • Confirmation

We will issue a confirmation of booking by email along with details like date, time, names, and places to pick up, tour directions etc. with that confirmation email. It is your responsibility to check this confirmation email, and to urgently advise us if there are any errors or omissions. Your rights may be affected in relation to any matter arising as a result of such error or omission if you fail to do so. One day before excursion, you will receive SMS or call from us to confirm excursion for the next day.

Booking is usually for free, but in depends on the season, size of tour package and quantity of order. The deposit you asked pay is non-refundable but you are allowed to change the date of excursion to avoid losing deposit.

If you booked a tour earlier but want to cancel for any personal reason, please inform us ASAP or at least 2 days before. If you have paid deposit prior for booking, you will not get it back if you cancel.  You may make a purchase and/or booking of any service of the site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using PayPal.

If you have or haven’t paid any deposit prior to tour, the full amount or remaining payment should be paid always in cash to guide after returning from excursion.
There may be occasional and valid reasons in most cases beyond Our control, when cancellations/changes have to be made and We reserve the explicit right to do so. In such cases or in the event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable, for reasons beyond our control, we will refund you the full amount.

    • Communication

While texting, calling or contacting for booking, you need to inform about tour dates, number of people, number of children, age details, tour name and direction you choose and health status of all as improper health is not suitable for some of our tours.

Save our contact number 00357 99094155 in case you need to contact us while tour or sightseeing. You can also ask receptionist of your hotel to call me.

    • Child Policy

Children are considered persons having 12 years of age or under. Please be aware that individuals over 12 years are classified as adults and charged accordingly. If the kids are too young for our tours, we reserve the right to deny the trip.


We ask for contact details like full name, phone number, email address, name of the hotel and room number to inform you about any changes or to get in touch while your tour. We respect your privacy. All your contact details are used for tour purpose, we never share them to anyone.  To cross-island to North Cyprus you will need your passport. You are responsible for theft or loss of passports.

Tour hours usually from 8 to 8.5 hours. Guide will pick you up from the hotel in the morning from 9am to 10am based on our previous agreement.


You are not allowed to smoke in the car. However our driver will provide smoking stops where possible.


At the excursion, you are requested to bring documents, passport but avoid bringing expensive things. You are only responsible for the lost or theft of such things.

You need to dress up properly to enter the church, monastery and other holy places. For any other tour rather than visiting holy places, dress up comfortable – sport shoes, or thick sandals, short Bermuda, t-shirt with short sleeves, cap, sunglasses. You are not allowed to be in swimming suit, naked, flip flop etc.

    • Health & Fitness

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a reasonable level of health/fitness, adequate experience, and suitable clothes and remain aware of risks involved in touring. Although Guide Of Cyprus can assure you that with sensible precaution your touring is as safe as possible but you must accept that the sole responsibility for your personal safety remains with you. Customers with pre-existing medical conditions (e.g. heart or back conditions, pregnancy) must inform us at the time of booking.

    • Special Requests 

Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking. Every effort will be made by us to try and arrange your reasonable special requests but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. We do not accept bookings that are conditional upon any special request being met.
